SONYA PERRY, E-RYT 500
Sonya believes in powerful transformation and transcendence of limiting beliefs both on and off the yoga mat. She is a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT), A Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and Continuing Education Provider. She has advanced anatomy training and is additionally trained in the techniques of Yoga Works Method, Yoga Nidra, iRest, Therapeutic Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Tune Up®. Sonya is also a Health Coach and Transformational Life Coach.

Dewey Ambrosino
Dewey is inspired by the use of the Iyengar Yoga method to help people recover from injury and improve their mental state and emotional well-being. He has been a student of Iyengar Yoga for over 25 years and is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. Dewey has extensive knowledge and experience applying The methods of Iyengar Yoga to improve contemporary ailments of carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, tech-neck and mood disorders of anxiety and depression.
Delisa Ikner
Delisa is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), certified as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer, and an athlete. She is an advocate of women's health and fitness and encourages her students to slow down, find a connection with their body, and appreciate their unique experience of the practice of yoga. Delisa guides a calm and focused slow-flow class.
LAREE STACH
LaRee is a health and wellness professional and nutrition expert. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with a holistic approach to practice that helps balance the outer and inner aspects of her day to day being. LaRee embraces the physical practice of yoga and believes in its transformational and healing power. Teaching group classes for the last 12 years, LaRee shares her love of yoga through vinyasa flow.
DARRA BAKER
Darra has a deep enthusiasm and reverence for the practice of yoga. She has been practicing and studying yoga for forty years and values continuing her education. Darra received her 500-hour professional yoga teacher designation through Yoga Works where she completed training in Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, and Urban Zen. She shares her enthusiasm and knowledge with clarity, caring, and fun in her classes.
GREG MENA
Greg is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200). He values the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of yoga. He aims to create a place for students to enjoy self-discovery in community. Greg’s classes are balanced, challenging and meditative. When he is not practicing yoga, Greg works as a community college English professor.
